Best Campers for National Parks: 25 ft and Under (2026)

Most national park campgrounds were laid out decades before 40-foot rigs, and their sites show it. About 93% of park campgrounds take an RV of 25 feet or less, by RVShare's count of park campground listings; at 32 feet that falls to about 81%, and at 40 feet to about half. This list is every camper we track at 25 feet or under, shortest first. For a trailer, check the campground's own limit on Recreation.gov before booking: some parks cap the trailer, some cap the trailer and truck together, and a few loops are far tighter than the park's headline number.

We rank 58 models below by length, shortest first, led by the Palomino SS-550 (10 ft long).
