Jayco North Point 383FLRB
Full-time living is the use Jayco has in mind for this front-living North Point, which replaces the long-running 382FLRB. Generator prep, a residential king bed and Climate Shield protection are standard. Jayco shows no price for this plan, and the line's advertised starting price belongs to a cheaper North Point.

What owners report
Drawn from 8 owners' accounts of the Jayco North Point, mostly 2018–2025 units. It covers the whole Jayco North Point line, not only this floorplan. Nobody here has camped in it; this is what people who bought one say.
"Feels like a tiny house" is how an owner living stationary in a 2024 310RLTS describes it, and a 390CKDS owner and a full-timer in a 45-foot unit say they love theirs. A 2024 owner whose brother-in-law has an Eagle calls the difference in quality and finish substantial, and a 2025 382FLRB owner calls it really heavy but solidly built; one owner tows a 43-footer with a single-rear-wheel GMC 3500 diesel and says it does well.
The unhappy reports center on the shower and on warranty follow-through. A brand-new unit's shower insert swelled and delaminated the first time it hit 80°F, and a 2022 came out of winter storage with a stress crack across two-thirds of the shower surround. A 377RLBH owner says you have to stay all over Jayco to get warranty work done and would go back to Forest River, and a full-timer with a 2023 is on a third furnace in three years and describes the unit as nearly a total rebuild.
One 377RLBH owner who traveled with their kids fit two in the mid bunk and an older child in the loft.
What owners like
- +Owners love living in them: a stationary full-timer says the full-size kitchen makes it feel like a tiny house rather than a camper, a 390CKDS owner likes the two-bed, two-bath layout, and a 45-foot full-timer loves theirs.
- +Owners describe the build quality as high, and one with a brother-in-law's Eagle to compare calls the difference substantial.
Common complaints
- −Shower surrounds have cracked or delaminated on 2022 and 2025 units.
- −Some owners report poor warranty follow-through and repeated repairs on 2020s units, including three furnaces in three years.
