The difference that matters

Bunks are the dividing line. The Minnie Winnie 31H is a family bunkhouse Class C with dual bunk beds and a private queen, sleeping eight. The Greyhawk 29MV sleeps five around a walk-around queen with nightstands. Both are about 32.5 ft on a Ford E-450 with the 7.3L V8 at 14,500 lb GVWR.

The Greyhawk includes more off-grid gear: 200 W of solar with a second house battery, a 4,000 W generator with auto start, heated holding tanks, a tankless water heater and automatic hydraulic leveling. The Minnie Winnie has a 4,000 W generator, a 1,000 W inverter and a heated drainage system, with hydraulic leveling offered as an option.

Tanks are close, the Greyhawk slightly larger on fresh and gray, the Winnebago on black at 37 gal against 32. The Minnie Winnie is rated to tow 7,500 lb. Prices sit near each other, around $175,000 for the Jayco and around $171,000 for the Winnebago.
