Alliance
A group of former industry executives started Alliance RV in Elkhart, Indiana in 2019, making it one of the few independent towable builders to start from scratch in recent years. In early 2026 it bought Midwest Automotive Designs, an Elkhart van converter, which moved the company into motorized RVs as well.
Current Alliance units use vacuum-bonded walls with Azdel composite skins, which do not rot the way lauan plywood can. The warranty is a two-year limited base plus three years on structure. Three models are listed here: the Paradigm 310RL, the flagship luxury fifth wheel at about $130,000; the Avenue 32RLS, a fifth wheel of the same length priced near $94,000; and the Delta 281BH, a bunkhouse travel trailer sleeping eight for buyers who do not want a fifth-wheel hitch.
