The difference that matters

Electrical capacity is the gap between these 21 ft ProMaster vans. The Travato 59KL ships with an 8.4 kWh Lithionics lithium bank charged by dual alternators, a 3,600 W EcoFlow inverter and 245 W of solar. The Nova 20C comes with three AGM batteries totalling 345 Ah, a 2,000 W inverter and 220 W of solar, with lithium as an option. The Travato runs without a generator, cooking on induction with a 4.3 cu ft compressor fridge.

Water favors the Nova: 27 gal fresh, 20 gray and 19 black against 18, 12 and 12. The Nova also has R-15 rockwool insulation and tanks above the floor.

Each sleeps two, the Travato on twin beds that convert to a queen. It is rated to tow 3,500 lb against the Nova's 2,150.
