The difference that matters

Two 15 ft teardrops within about 105 lb of each other, 1,670 lb for the TAB 320 LITE and 1,775 lb for the Luna. Heat is a big difference for cold-night campers. The TAB has an LP furnace and an LP water heater, so it heats without hookups. The Luna's heat comes from an electric fireplace heater, which needs shore power.

The TAB carries more water too, 19 gal fresh and a 17 gal gray tank against 8.5 gal and no gray. It has a 71 by 72 in bed, a large wardrobe, a 10,000 BTU A/C, a 2.3 cu ft 12 V fridge, a roof solar panel and off-road tires with an underbelly shield. A wet bath with cassette toilet is an add-on.

The Luna has a welded aluminum cage frame with a wood-free shell, a panoramic laminated windshield, a rear galley with a 40 L fridge, an 8K BTU A/C, a 32 in TV and an optional cassette toilet. Its hitch is 260 lb against 187.
