The difference that matters

Two premium trailers under 20 feet, built in different materials. The Sol Horizon uses a fully welded aluminum cage frame with fiberglass over Azdel walls, a laminated panoramic front windshield, 15 inches of ground clearance on a torsion axle, and sleeps four. The Oliver Legacy Elite is a double-hull fiberglass shell with tanks and drains enclosed between the hulls and heated, a Bulldog cast-iron coupler and 10-ply tires with a full spare; it sleeps three with a rear dinette that becomes a queen.

Weights are close, 3,500 lb dry for the inTech against 3,700 for the Oliver, but the hitch numbers are not: 550 lb against 370. The Oliver's GVWR is 5,000 lb against 4,800. The inTech carries a 45-gallon fresh tank, an 8 cu ft compressor refrigerator, a 15K BTU soft-start air conditioner, Starlink prep and a power awning; its black tank is small at 9 gallons.

Cold-weather campers have the Oliver's enclosed, heated plumbing to consider. Those who prize the view and fresh water will look at the inTech.

inTech Sol Horizon
Big front windshield, large fresh tank and ground clearance, for couples or a family of four.
Oliver Legacy Elite
Cold-weather couples who want a double-hull fiberglass trailer with a light tongue.
