Ember
Ashley Bontrager Lehman, a granddaughter of Jayco founders Lloyd and Bertha Bontrager, co-founded Ember RV in 2021 with three former Jayco product and operations managers. The company builds in Bristol, Indiana and is independent of the big RV groups. It has since passed 1,000 units built.
The Overland Series spec sheet reads like an off-road build: a box-tube steel frame, Curt independent suspension, 16-inch Goodyear Wrangler load-range-E tires, structural composite flooring and a factory solar package. The warranty runs two years limited and three years structural, transferable once. The site lists two models. The Overland 191MSL is a 22.5-foot single-axle trailer sleeping six at about 5,220 lb dry. The Touring Edition 2400RKL is the longer, conventional rear-kitchen layout at about 29 feet.
